Returns & Exchanges
Do you need to return something you purchased from Foxy Lingerie? No problem! We are committed to our ensuring that our customers are happy with the products they purchase from us. If you need to return an item, please make sure that it is as you received it, has the original tags on it, and is in the original packaging.
Request a Return
There are some limitations to items that can be returned, so please read our Return Policy below for details. If you ever have any questions about a return, please email us at service@foxylingerie.com or call us toll free at 1-800-215-2421. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm EST. If we answer the phone right away, do not worry! Just leave us a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We recommend that you ship all returns through FedEx, UPS, or insured U.S. mail. All returns require a return authorization code before being sent to us. Instructions on how to package your return and where to send it will be provided after your return request is accepted. Your return will be processed within 14-30 days of being received by Foxy Lingerie's return department.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of customer and not Foxy Lingerie. If you have questions about this policy please contact us. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Your merchandise refund will be applied to the credit card which was used to make the original purchase. Any original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds are for merchandise only.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be iniated within 30 days of your order shipping. Returned items must be received in their original packaging, with attached tags, and in new condition. Any items that appear used, worn, or are missing original packaging may be refused.

- Foxy Lingerie will not accept returns of any items that have been worn or subjected to damage
- Panties
- Hosiery
- Bodystockings
- Sale and Clearance Items
- Items with removed tags
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, or body odors
- Items that are soiled or stained
Any return of an item listed above will be disposed of and the customer will not be refunded or credited.

COSTUME RETURN POLICY
If you have purchased a costume between September 1st and October 31st, you can still return your item for a size exchange or a store credit. This allows us to make sure that we can deliver your costume in time for Halloween. If your item was missing pieces or damaged we will issue you a full refund once we receive the defective items. Please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange for a proper size.
EXCHANGES
Due to constantly changing inventory levels, we suggest that you place a new order for the correct size or item immediately as items can sell out very quickly. Foxy Lingerie will then accept your original item as stated under our return policy.
ORDER CANCELATIONS
Please double check all orders prior to submitting your order into the system. Please note that once an order is submitted into our system we can’t guarantee order cancelation or changes to any part of your order. If you notice an error with your order please call Foxy Lingerie immediately at 1-800-215-2421. Please do not email any requests to cancel or alter your order as we can’t guarantee any changes. If your order has not been shipped and you need to make changes to your order, we may be able to get your changes made to your order. Call us right away if you need to make modifications to your FoxyLingerie.com purchase.
DELIVERY REFUSAL
We recommend that our customers DO NOT refuse delivery of their order. All refused deliveries will be charged both inbound and outbound shipping charges. If you wish to have a package resent the customer must repay all shipping charges. Any refused package will be charged any applicable shipping fees as well as a 20% re-stocking fee.
